In 2007, Sunday Times set up a yearly 'Giving List' alongside its yearly 'Rich List'. The 'Giving List' is based on the proportion of a person's wealth compared to how much they give to chariy.Here is 2009's Giving List.. The people highlighted above are people which significantly give to military charities.
